Char-Broil's Potato and Rib Rack cooks ribs and potatoes faster and more evenly. Typically, the rack is used on charcoal grills or with a water smoker in which the food is being cooked more slowly over lower temperatures. It can definitely be use on gas grills as well. It has a heavy duty wire construction, is dishwasher safe, and rust resistant.
