The Half Moon Rack is an ideal rack to split the cooking surface into two zones. The Half moon rack could be used as a conventional heating rack while food is cooking on the bottom level. The rack could also be used to cook indirect when a deflector is placed underneath while the other half is setup for direct cooking.
